Meet the family behind Northern Lights Golf
Welcome to Northern Lights Golf!
We are a local family who is excited to share our passion for golf, community, and hospitality with the Crosby-Ironton area. While we officially moved to Ironton three years ago, this community has been part of our lives for much longer. Growing up, we spent countless summers and weekends visiting family cabins throughout the area, creating memories on the lakes, trails, parks and golf courses that made us fall in love with this special place.
Our family consists of Andrew, a veteran, design engineer who owns his own 3D printing and engineering consulting business; Holly, a CRNA serving patients in our local community hospitals; our two wonderfully energetic boys, Niko and Felix, and our water-loving dog, Echo, who never misses an opportunity to jump in the lake.
When we're not working or spending time with family, you'll likely find us enjoying everything northern Minnesota has to offer—boating, fishing, snowshoeing, playing hockey, and, of course, golfing. Over the years, golf has become one of our favorite ways to spend time together. We love the simplicity of the game, the challenge it presents, and the friendships that we've built along the way.
At the heart of everything we do is a belief that we are called to be a positive light in our community. We seek to serve others with excellence, integrity, and hospitality, creating an environment where everyone feels valued and welcome.
As we've become more connected to this community, we've had the privilege of meeting so many incredible people. Through those relationships, we felt a calling from God to become more involved and find meaningful ways to give back. Northern Lights Golf was born from that desire—a place where people can gather, build friendships, enjoy the game, and feel welcome year-round.
We are truly blessed to provide a premier indoor golf experience and a space where golfers of all skill levels can practice, compete, relax, and connect. Whether you're stopping by to work on your swing, play a round with friends, or simply enjoy good conversation, we hope Northern Lights Golf feels like a place where you belong.

Northern Lights Golf: How it all started
Northern Lights Golf began with a few simple questions:
How do we survive another Minnesota winter without losing our swing, keep our drives in the fairway, and maybe...just maybe...finally conquer that back nine?
What if Crosby had a place where people could enjoy golf year-round, gather with friends, and create lasting memories — regardless of the season?
As golfers ourselves, we know the feeling all too well. The courses close, the weather changes, and months can pass before you get the chance to tee it up again. We believe our community deserves something more.
That's why Northern Lights Golf was created.
Our vision is to bring a premium indoor golf experience to the heart of Crosby — one that combines state-of-the-art golf simulators, a welcoming atmosphere, self-pour beer, leagues, events, and opportunities to connect with others who share a love for the game.
But Northern Lights Golf is about more than golf.
It's about celebrating a great shot with friends.
It's about introducing your kids to the game for the first time.
It's about friendly competition on league night.
It's about gathering after work, meeting new people, and building community.
